About Jiaming Center
Jiaming Center is a German style architecture, it is a space of inspiration carrying art, wisdom and communication. The project is designed by Jiaming Center, which adopts the design concept of "blending architecture with environment and nature", and achieves the architectural style of "modern, simple and magnificent".
Jiaming Center is composed of 2 H-shaped Class-A office buildings, Tower East and Tower West, which are integrated with exquisite humanistic business support. Jiaming Center is operated by an outstanding international operation team, it is ingeniously crafted to be the most artistic business work to provide a perfect office for business elites.
Honors
Jiaming Center strictly abides by the LEED-CS International Green Building Standard of the US Green Building Commission in its design and construction. It adopts humanized design and fully utilizes environmental protection materials to provide customers with high-quality, low maintenance, healthy and comfortable office environment. As a result, the project has won the LEED-CS Gold Award for Environmental Protection Certification.
On October 30, 2013, Jiaming Center passed the BOMA Excellence Certificate of American International Building Owners and Committees, it is the first commercial office building project in China to pass five COE certifications. BOMA Excellence Certificate, known in English as BOMA CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE (COE), is an authoritative recognition that the operation and management level of office buildings running for more than one year has reached the international best level.

Architectural Features
1. The standard floor height of Jiaming Center is 4.3 meters, and the floor height in administrative floors is 5.4 meters. With such a super high floor height, a regular office layout, and a three-sided lighting office space, Jiaming Center provides a comfortable and efficient office environment for business people;
2. There is either a VIP independent bathroom or a tea room on both sides the north and south of all floors, which provide more comfortable and convenient exclusive service for executives;
3. Jiaming Center provides network floors and ceiling materials to facilitate customers to design their own office space and network wiring, which save living costs for enterprises;
4. The sunshine hall of Jiaming Center is 83-meters high with a single-cable net curtain, it adheres to the design concept of "blending architecture with nature". The north and south sides of the hall and the roof are all glass constructed, it is connected by the 83-meters single-cable net curtain, the shape is simple and elegant, which highlights the architectural quality;
5. The beautiful green plants in the center of the lobby contrasts finely with the water fountain, which makes the businessmen who shuttle here release their work pressure and relieve their fatigue;
6. The 14-meters long open beam-string structure, located on the 8th, 12th and 18th floors, runs through 2 towers, Tower A and Tower B. It not only extends the range of people's activities, but also creates a three-dimensional visual effect together with the green planting and waterscape of the lobby.
7. The project adopts the breathing hollow glass curtain wall, which is the world's most advanced, 25 cm and double-layer, with the characteristics of energy saving, heat insulation, heat preservation and noise reduction. Through the mechanical ventilation device on the top of the curtain wall, it can keep the indoor air fresh at all times, creating a truly healthy and comfortable office environment. The gap between the two layers of glass is 25 cm, with 0-90 degrees automatic blinds built in. The shading effect can be effectively adjusted according to the sunshine through the building control system;
8. The project adopts the most advanced VAV central air conditioning system, which can automatically adjust air supply according to the set temperature and indoor conditions. The maximum fresh air volume is 50 cubic meters per hour per person;
9. The project is equipped with 21 elevators, which are Swiss imported, the brand is Schindler, including 8 passenger elevators, 4 sightseeing elevators, 2 VIP elevators, 2 fire-fighting elevators, 4 transfer elevators and 1 cargo elevator. The design of 3-meters super-high elevator components and the security system of smart card reading provide the tenants with dignified, comfortable and safe vertical transportation. The VIP administrative elevators in Tower East and Tower West with a VIP smart card to ensure the privacy and security of VIP and senior executive;
10. Jiaming Center provides 3 major operators of communication access services:
1) Satellite communication: three VAST satellite communication devices are reserved for data broadcasting, image transmission, integrated data and voice communication, mobile data communication, computer network connection and other integrated services;
2) Cable TV and Satellite TV: cable TV signals and APStar-6 TV programs are receivable in the building;
3) Network: the ten gigabits broadband of main optical fiber access is equipped in the building to ensure high-speed network information transmission for users.
Traffic
It is only 530 meters away from Tuanjiehu subway station of line 10, and only 1 kilometer away from the entrance access of the East Third Ring Road, traffic is very convenient.
