About Upper East Side

Upper East Side is situated in the north east of Beijing, the north road of the east 4th ring road, the east side of Xiaoyun Bridge. It covers an area of 47.53 hectares, the total construction area is 720,000 square meters.
Upper East Side is one of the first foreign high-end apartment compounds of Beijing.
