At the same time, during the lease period, if there are any problems, there is always a people who will handle the problems directly and quickly, very convenient.
 
The main reasons for the new trend of rental in Beijing real estate market are as follows: 1. The demand for high-end apartments in Beijing is high; 2. Owners of high-end apartments are usually busy and have no time to manage the rental issue of their apartments; 3. A large proportion of high-end apartments in Beijing are almost 10 years old, the condition are not as good as new ones, while high-end customers like new houses.
 
Based on the above points, the new trend of rental is becoming more and more mature, and more and more accepted by owners and customers. Maybe you just came to Beijing and didn't notice it, but if you carefully observe, you may find some of your friends are living in such apartments.
